Before contacting support

Confirm that you selected the correct clinic during registration.
Check whether your clinic administrator has approved your account and assigned a role.
For iOS issues, include your iPhone model, iOS version and Vetellex app version.
Do not email passwords, verification codes, API keys or unnecessary patient information.

Urgent clinical matters

Vetellex is an operational tool and is not a substitute for clinical judgment, emergency procedures or direct communication within your veterinary team. Follow your clinic’s established escalation process for urgent patient-care concerns.
